Couple of months after installing our doors, we had a little mishap and the door fissured without no explanation. We later found out that door was not properly installed, we called the same team that installed the door, they came in handy and did an amazing job despite the cold. I met with Sasha, he took all the time to explain the quality of windows, work and time lines ahead. The pricing was better then the competitors. The windows arrived earlier then expected. The quality of windows was excellent. The installers arrived 730 am by 8 am the floors were covered with sheets and they were removing the old windows. Installation for 7 large windows and 1 patio was door was done by 4 pm. The head installer went above and beyond to fix the patio door floor as it was leaking from the old installation. I highly recommend Factory Direct and especially Sasha and his team. They all went above and beyond.

Only one thing to recommend, as we were expanding a window and we were unexperienced with the process, it would have been good for factory direct to guide us with some recommendations dedicated steps that we should have explored earlier to avoid any surprises at time of installation. Bought our house first week of November and started shopping to change our windows with a door. We found Factory Direct, the good reviews convinced us to send them a message, their sales rep Tony called the next day and was very helpful. Despite our busy schedule, he came all the way to the showroom and open the doors at 7pm for us, took his time to show, explain and help us choose the right product, pricing was very decent. We were told the windows would arrived around February-March. Got a call mid-December saying the windows and door are received, ready to be installed. Had them installed the very next day, 3 very capable professionals working in synergy completed the job in a single day. Six windows and a door perfectly installed. Their English and French weren't the best, but they were very nice and helpful. Overall, pleasant experience, would recommend.

Our windows were installed in July but we waited on purpose to post a review because we wanted to see what summer felt like. What happened when it rained and what the winds of fall and temperature drop did to my windows and house. Do yourself a favour, do not look any further than Sasha and Sveta and Factory Direct windows!! I did my Energy Star research before we signed, these windows (on paper then) were the best I reviewed of 4 options we had seen. Now they're installed and we've lived through 5 months with them. I say it again. These are the best! Period. It starts with Sasha and his visit. You will never be more informed or comfortable about windows (how they work and what an installer will do) than what Sasha introduces you to and teaches you about. Then Sveta takes over, the master controller! She makes the magic happen and seamlessly at that! The day the crew arrives (mine were Alex and his team and Max) be ready for professional, courteous, activity. Moving together like the timing of a Swiss watch, they are all cohesive working as one unit but in different rooms together. Blink and it's over! I've since recommended Sasha and Sveta to 3 friends who are actively looking, I know 2 signed. Seriously folks... do yourselves a favour and let Sasha and Sveta take care of you!

At the end I have chosen" Factory Direct " and mostly because of the presentation made by their sales representative Alex . He and Svetlana were simply the best . Understanding of the customer needs , very clear description of procedures and attention to details are the most distinctive of their professional qualities .As for the rest ,the instalation was made later than it was discussed but we weren't really pressed and didn't insist when we were advised about delay .In general the instalation crew did a decent job eventhough there were the little hiccups but they were addressed right away with no problem .Overall we are pretty satisfied with the work of this company .

A week ago, 2 guys from the company came to our house to install the porch windows.They worked in a really hard manner that their devotion and determination was quite visible by the end of their job. In fact, the boy’s took the time to make sure the insulation and everything is covered up well. They also cleaned up after they had finished their work which was really kind of them.Tank you for coming and doing a great job especially,Sveta and Sasha.We hope to see you guys again if we need something.Highly recommend using their products and service.(They do the job for a great price!)

Shopped around for several quotes and the quote from Factory Direct was nearly 50% cheaper - so I was a bit skeptical at first.Although the delivery and installation of the windows came 3 months late - I can somewhat understand due to the pandemic - at least my follow-up emails were generally responded to quickly.Windows came in today and everything looks good so I can't help but give a great review and recommend this business.Should I need new windows in the future, will probably be my first stop.
