We chose to work with Factory Direct after getting several estimates for my elderly mother’s house. We replaced all the windows and the front and back doors. It was not something we took lightly as this was a big financial outlay and undertaking. We had Sasha come to quote, and what felt like a hard sell was actually his way of making sure we understood all the details and differences in their product compared to the competition. I have to say I really truly appreciated this since we then met others and were able to see the differences.
We had many back and forths and slight adjustments to the quotes as we made changes to the way the windows would open etc. They were always patient with us.
Finally we visited the showroom to be absolutely sure these were the right windows and doors and to be convinced and comfortable with the decision. Once my mother signed up and gave a deposit there was a 6 week waiting period for the windows and doors to be manufactured, and when they were ready to be installed they called us to set a date within the week of them being ready.
I cannot say enough about the crew that showed up for the 2 day install. They were incredibly efficient hard workers and went above and beyond in extra touches as well as cleanup. When they left for the day, and ultimately the job there was no mess left over. They were true professionals.
Not having to paint the trim was a bonus and the triple pane glass has helped immensely to reduce the noise and draft the old windows let in.
We are very happy with Factory Direct and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I installed eighteen windows from Factory Direct in my house and it is just fantastic! My salesman was Sasha, a real professional. He showed me reviews on Google, but I immediately said: “No need - I came on the recommendation of your client, and I already know that you do a great job.” And you know, I was absolutely right!

Sasha suggested triple glazing, as he promised. Previously, I was very annoyed by the noise from the neighbors, but now - silence! The soundproofing has improved significantly. Of course, I understand that it cannot be absolutely sound-absorbing, as Sasha explained to me, but the difference is huge. My walls are old, and they are not insulated from the inside, but despite this, the soundproofing has become much better. I almost do not hear the neighbors, even when they sit and barbecue at night. This is simply amazing for me, I am really happy!

I want to separately thank Sveta, who made my estimates. She was incredibly patient, and no matter how many times I asked for something to be changed or added, she was always in touch and answered all my questions. This is really important - when I called, they always picked up the phone and helped. With such an approach, of course, I want to continue working with them. Before this, I bought windows from another company that promised excellent service, but after the purchase, they just disappeared. I was worried, but with Factory Direct, I finally felt in good hands. This is very important to me.

I said that I would only buy windows on recommendation, and now, thanks to friends, I came to Sasha and Sveta. Guys, you really deserve five stars. Now I will definitely leave a Google review myself, because quality service should be noted! Thank you very much for your work!

I accidentally broke a piece off the screen while reinstalling it in the spring, and she was incredibly helpful in getting it replaced. After-sales support is essential, especially from a small business that truly values its customers. Christy’s friendly personality and prompt coordination for the repair really showed how much they care. It speaks volumes about the company’s professionalism.
