I was very worried about choosing the right company to install my windows because my lodge cottage is made of logs, and the job really needs to be done with precision and professionalism. I can confidently say that Factory Direct exceeded my expectations.

Exactly 2 weeks back on cold, chilly and non stop snowy weekend, the Factory Direct team arrived to install 11 full windows. They started early Sat morning Dec 6th and worked through to Sunday night Dec 7th 10:30 PM..a difficult long and protracted process, the team in the freezing cold removed our 44 year old windows and placed in our brand new thick UPVC windows. I repeatedly told them to come in and warm up, but they kept working and working..dilegent, conscientious and very respectful with us from start to finish..I keep thinking about that final Sunday night with the temperature dropping and snow all around, they spent hours inserting the new bay window and accompanying new buildout frame completely outside! It should therefore come as no surprise I highly recommend Sasha and his team as your one stop company when it comes to windows. And lastly as well as equally important, it is very much worth noting Sasha provided me with a very comprehensive & educational meeting months back on his quality UPVC windows. He also enlightened me to the availability of government grants and funding to help assist us with this massive project. Bravo all around; I will be spreading this message to everyone I know...
